Planning obtained for five apartments
We adopted a two-stage approach to unlock the value in this gorgeous building in Article 4 and the conservation area.
Our team was carefully selected based on their experience of planning law and also local knowledge. We 1st applied to convert the 1st floor into two flats under Class G. Secondly, we submitted full planning to obtain three additional flats on top of the existing building.
The end result is 5 beautiful apartments in a very desirable location which is just over18 minutes train journey into London Waterloo.
Planning obtained for nine residential dwellings
This grade II listed building was acquired unconditionally. We worked very closely with the local authority, really listened to their feedback on our pre-app, and now got planning to convert this beautiful but at risk of dilapidation building into 9 beautiful homes for local people.

Obtained planning to convert this semi-detached house into two units.
Planning obtained for two four-bed units
Due to local policy, we adopted a two-stage approach to planning. We 1st applied to extend the house under Permitted Development (PD) rights, combined with full planning for space which fell outside the PD rights. The second stage was to obtain planning to split the house into two 4 bedroom units.
Awaiting planning for 15 residential and two commercial units
Currently in discussions with the Council to convert this commercial building into 15 residential and two commercial units.
If planning is granted, this will be a complete knock-down and re-build project.
